1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products or downloadable items.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products (if opened).
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at tshristi378@gmail.com or raise a return request from your account.
- Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review and approve the request.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking), or
- Wallet/store credit (if applicable).
5. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
