1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products or downloadable items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products (if opened).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at tshristi378@gmail.com or raise a return request from your account.
  2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our support team will review and approve the request.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to:
    • Original payment method (UPI, card, net banking), or
    • Wallet/store credit (if applicable).

5. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Manufacturing defect
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
