Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at tshristi378@gmail.com or use the cancellation option in your account (if available).

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: [5–7 business days].

4. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to account restriction or blacklisting.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.

6. Digital / Customized Products

Orders for digital products, services, or customized items cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
